Zaunbrecher, formerly of Roberts Cove now residing near Crowley whose marriage to Jean Edwin Broussard, son of Mrs. Raoul Broussard and the late Mr. Broussard of Youngsville, will be solemnized on Thanksgiving Day at 10:00 o'clock in the morning in St. Michael's. Catholic church in Crowley.

The hall was decorated with white and blue crepe paper streamers forming arches with a decorated chair for the honoree. The chair was decorated with huge crepe paper bows. Arrange ments of assorted colored mums were used in the hall. The honoree, Miss Zaunbrecher, green striped design with black accessories. She wore a pearl necklace as her only jewelry.

Her corsage, in shoulder arrangement, was fashioned of tiny gold and bronze mums. Mrs. Zaunbrecher, mother of the bride-elect, wore a crepe dress of a deep plum with black accessories and a corsage of purple and orchid mums. Mrs. Broussard, mother of the groom to be, wore a fashionable gown of grey crepe with grey accessories, and a shoulder corsage repainted and new ads painted or.

R. N. Bradbury, nee Laura Turner, mother of Mrs. Hugh Craig of Baton Rouge, both former residents of Rayne, died Wednesday morning at the Lady of the Lake hospital in Baton Rouge following illness of about six weeks. The body was scheduled to be brought to Rayne by Gossen Funeral home some time Thursday morning.
