Alfred Zaunbrecher, mother of the bride-to-be and Mrs. Dalfred Alleman, mother of the groom-to-be. For the lovely event, Miss Zaunbrecher selected a dress of sheer elegance crepe polyester in a soft sea-foam green with a very full waltz length skirt that gathered at the waist with a blouson bodice. The threequarter length sleeves had an off the shoulder effect caught with small ties of the same fabric. To complete her attire, she wore a corsage of white carnations with gold wedding bands attached.

Mrs. Zaunbrecher received the guests in a beautiful street length dress of delicate ivory quiana with petal sleeves. Her dress gathered at the waist and fell softly below the knee. Mrs. Alleman wore a semilength dress of navy and white nyesta.

The fitted bodice featured a scooped neckline and round crystal pleated capelet collar and sleeves. The crystal pleated skirt was accented at the waist with navy and white ribbons. To complete her attire, she wore white accessories. Both mothers were presented shoulder corsages of white astors. A fresh spring bouquet of carnations, daisies and dried flowers were beautifully arranged in the dining area.

Service trays provided tempting collations, including Swedish meatballs, cheese balls, crackers, chips, dips, cake and vegetable and relish dish, served with sherry, punch and coffee. Miss Zaunbrecher and Mr. Alleman will exchange nuptial vows at a 2:00 p.m. ceremony on June 16, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne.

ADORABLE TRIBUNE VISITOR- Little Miss Jennifer Heins came to the Acadian- Tribune office this week for a little visit. Jennifer is the adorable one year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Heins of Grand Isle and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs.
